FDA Clearance Granted for the Virtual C-NEO and Virtual C-DRF

June 24, 2021 and August 26, 2021

  • PortaVision Medical has received FDA clearance for the Virtual C-NEO and Virtual C-DRF Digital imaging system (FDA K2112557 & K2111191).  Virtual C systems are the world's first mobile fluoroscopic system which does not require the X-ray source and detector  to be mechanically linked to ensure the X-ray source and detector are aligned prior to and during emission of radiation.  PortaVision’s Virtual C-Arm's game-changing technology provide mobile fluoroscopic imaging to all immobile, fragile patients such as babies in neonatal intensive care, and bedside mobile fluoroscopic imaging for pediatric and adult patients. Pediatric Device Consortia (PDC) Grant Program WINNER 

  • The goal of the FDA’s Pediatric Device Consortia (PDC) Grant Program is to support the development of nonprofit consortia designed to stimulate projects which will promote pediatric device development. Visit the FDA's Website for more information.


New England Pediatric Device Consortium Grant WINNER

  • The New England Pediatric Device Consortium (NEPDC) selected “NeoRay Pulse X-Ray Source / Receptor Positioning System” for their Pre-Seed Grant Award in the amount of $10,000 and up to 40 hours of direct NEPDC support. Visit the NEPDC website for more information.

Second Annual JEDCO Pitch Competition WINNER
